Intermittent Kilns
Electric or gas powered SKK intermittent kilns
are designed and manufactured based on the type of production to combine high productivity, lower energy consumption, loading flexibility and quality of the final product.
The kilns are built in modular structures to facilitate:
– transport in containers and on land vehicles
– assembly on site with installation time optimisation
Department air conditioning
Department air conditioning systems guarantee a controlled, specific micro-climate, also with very high external climatic variations.
The temperature and humidity values of the department are pre-set according to a weekly cycle with different values during work shifts and at night.
Heat Recovery
Thanks to our experience in energy recovery, we are available as a partner to aid ceramic companies in their search for the best solution to rationalise energy consumption.

Afterburner
We build gas afterburners for the thermal oxidation of flows deriving from kilns and containing pollutants to be mitigated at high temperature; the afterburner is sized based on the volume and characteristics of the flow being handled.
This process makes it possible to transform polluting substances into harmless substances.
Movements
KEOS movements offer the best interpretation of the highest production requirements.
Piece carrying trolleys move with soft start and stop to guarantee stability also to the most unstable pieces
